These terms cover the Onset app for Mac and its plans.
Who we are
Onset is made by Devesh Yadav, an individual based in New Delhi, India (“we”).
Using Onset
You may use Onset on your Macs while your account is in good standing. Your recordings and films are yours. Record only what you have the right to record and show.
Plans and payment
Onset has a Free plan and paid plans, Plus and Pro. Paid plans renew each month or year until you cancel. [The merchant of record] sells the subscription and handles billing, taxes and invoices; its terms also apply to your purchase.
AI services
When you add your own keys for AI services, your use of those services follows their terms and pricing.
Changes
We keep improving Onset and may change what it does. We'll tell you in the app or by email before a change that affects what you pay for.
Warranty and liability
Onset is provided as it is, as far as the law allows. Our liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
Ending
You can stop using Onset and cancel at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes go to the courts of New Delhi, unless the law where you live lets you use your own courts.
