Refunds

If Onset isn't right for you, you get your money back.

Ask within [14] days of a payment and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked.

How to ask

Write to crew@onsetstudio.app from your account's email, or reply to your receipt from [the merchant of record].

Cancel at any time in Onset: Settings, Account, Manage subscription. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.

Moving to Free never removes your films. New exports carry the Onset badge again.
